The perfect place for a special occasion! 💛We visited📍Akira Back @akirabackbkk, a Japanese-Korean fusion restaurant on the 37th floor of Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park, and it did NOT disappoint! *ad pr invite 👀🍣🍣 The restaurant has a gorgeous, modern black interior with incredible views across Bangkok. 🏆 It’s also been named one of Asia’s top 80 fine-dining destinations, so we were excited to try it!🍕 The signature tuna pizza was one of our favourite dishes! It has a thin, crispy base topped with thinly sliced tuna sashimi, and it was SO good!🐟 We also tried the fish tartar, which was prepared right in front of us, plus the aubergine and Korean-style pork ribs. The ribs were so tender, with a delicious sweet and spicy glaze!🍫 We finished with their chocolate-filled desserts, and the service throughout the evening was fantastic too.🍸 After dinner, head up to ABar Rooftop @abarrooftop, on the 38th floor for rooftop drinks!They serve some really unique Thai-inspired cocktails, and the Muay Thai Smash was a highlight. IS IT WORTH STAYING AT THIS 5-STAR HOTEL IN BANGKO IS IT WORTH STAYING AT THIS 5-STAR HOTEL IN BANGKOK? 🇹🇭✈️⭐️🏨💾 SAVE this hotel for your Bangkok trip! 💛We recently stayed at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park Hotel @marriottmarquisbkk in Phrom Phong, Sukhumvit (*ad pr stay), and it has SO much to offer! ✨The location is great & so central, just a short walk from the BTS skytrain, shopping and restaurants, and the hotel itself has everything you could need! We absolutely loved our recent stay here. 🛏️ We stayed in a king room on the 29th floor, with loads of space, a work area, mini bar, spacious bathroom and amazing city views.🏊🏼‍♀️ There are two swimming pools, a pool bar, spa and 24-hour gym, plus multiple restaurants and bars.🍳 And the breakfast buffet is HUGE! There was everything from pastries, fresh fruit and cereals to Asian dishes, hot breakfast options and made-to-order eggs. Definitely one of the biggest hotel breakfasts we’ve seen!🍣 Akira Back is the hotel’s fine dining Japanese-Korean fusion restaurant on the 37th floor. We tried a selection of their signature dishes and were blown away by the food and service!🍸 ABar is the rooftop bar on the 38th floor, with Bangkok skyline views and Thai-inspired cocktails. The Muay Thai Smash was one of our favourites!💰 Rooms are priced at around 6K baht / £135 a night on average for a standard king room, and of course, there are more premium room options available too! 🏨✨💬 Would you stay here or have you stayed here?
